LEVEL 1 TUMBLING :
No tumbling experience required.
LEVEL 2 TUMBLING :
Intermediate tumbling class. Athletes must have a back walkover and front walkover to attend.
LEVEL 3+ TUMBLING :
Advanced tumbling class. Athletes must have multiple standing back handsprings and roundoff tuck to attend.
JUMPS & FLEXIBILITY :
Focused on building body flexibility, strengthening the body for single jumps, multiple jump sequences and flyer body positions.
INTRO TO CHEER :
A class for introduction to tumbling, focusing on building the athlete’s foundation and knowledge of tumbling, jumps and stunts.

TODDLER TRICKS
( 1 - 2 YEARS OLD )
This 45-minute parent assisted class will encourage development of both motor, social and emotional skills. Children are encouraged to challenge themselves physically while navigating their way through obstacles and activities.
TINY TUMBLE
( 3 - 6 YEARS OLD )
This 45 minute independent structured class will teach your child the basics of handstands, cartwheels and rolls. In this class, your child will focus on taking turns, building confidence and upper body strength.
LIL NINJAS
(BOYS AGES 3-6)
This 45 minute structured class will introduce discipline inspired by gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle course training and street dance. Our class embodies focused energy and skill. Children will learn combinations of flips, rolls, jumps, & kicks in combination with strength & agility courses.
WHAT LEVEL IS MY ATHLETE?
Use our level progression sheet to see where your athletes skills are at. Mastery of the level skills is required in order to level up. (Exceptions at the discretion of the coach)
With each team placement we take into account absences, sickness, commitment, accountability, attitude, parent communication and good account standing.
Higher levels require more practice, more commitment, more mental coaching, and possibly coming in for extra practices.
